ORIENTATION
The Corniche is probably the most charming area of Doha and a great place to explore. The traditional shopping district is located in the part that extends inland from the harbour. The revitalization of Doha´s oldest souq, Souq Waqif has been a real success and its streets are very popular among visitors and inhabitants, having cafes and restaurants, an arts centre and many petite shops.
BEST TIME TO GO
Doha is extremely hot in summer, from May through October, and winters are quite pleasant. The best time to visit would be between November and March.
