BEST TIME TO VISIT
The climate in these islands is temperate, but refreshed by the sea breezes. There are two main seasons: the humid (hot and wet) from November to March, and the cool and dry from April to October.
HOW TO GET THERE
Bora Bora is served by Air Tahiti with frequent short flights from Papeete, Moorea, Huahine and Raiatea.
The airport is accessible only by a short ferry ride to the port village of Vaitape. The Resort transport made by private motorboats or by shuttle from Vaitape.
TRAVELLING AROUND
Bora Bora has few taxis. The island can be explored with a rental car, but the best way is by bicycle, as there is only one road that circles the island, while the lagoon can be navigated by motorboat and canoe.
